Job summary

The San Antonio Food Bank INC is seeking a Mobile Market Program Coordinator to support and lead mobile market activities across our service area. This role emphasizes scheduling, partnerships, event planning, and data tracking to increase access to healthy foods for underserved communities.

You will work with warehouse, inventory, and transportation teams, coordinate volunteers, and ensure compliance with Feeding America and USDA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish.
• Two years of direct customer service, nonprofit outreach, event planning or related work.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and on-going execution of mobile market activities to increase access and participation.
• Plan and design monthly schedule for the Mobile Market Program.
• Manage partnerships, onboarding, training, audits, and goals across the service territory.
• Coordinate distributions, including event planning, site oversight, and audits.
• Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and transportation teams to prepare and execute events.
• Monitor compliance with Feeding America, USDA, TDA and other guidelines.
• Track registrations, pounds distributed, and perform post-event analysis.
