Job summary

TDS Telecom is seeking a Direct Sales Supervisor to lead a team of Direct Sales Representatives in the Nashville/Mount Juliet area, developing revenue and expanding the residential customer base with new products. This role focuses on coaching, performance evaluation, and ensuring adherence to company policies and sales processes.

The position requires a strong background in sales leadership, supervisory experience, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside sales and/or sales coach experience.
• 1+ year supervisory or sales management experience.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and willing and able to travel based on the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Hire, motivate and coach a team of sales representatives to meet revenue targets and performance expectations.
• Contact cold and warm potential customers in person and via telephone to educate them on services and obtain appointments.
• Write and submit accurate and timely orders that abide by the established sales process.
• Oversee orders from sales staff and remit orders in a timely fashion while following the sales process.
• Manage customer accounts from initial sale through installation and follow up for satisfaction.
• Submit weekly and monthly sales achievements to upper management as required.
• Meet with local distributors and property owners to roll out referral programs.
• Maintain technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to achieve success.
