Allstate Northern Ireland Limited is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive profitable growth by securing new business and cross-selling to existing customers. The role involves local in-person and phone-based calls, building a strong pipeline through community engagement and referrals.

You will work toward licensing requirements with support from leadership, staying current on products and underwriting guidelines while delivering excellent customer experience and meeting performance

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or related field.
• P&C licensing preferred or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining.
