Direct Auto Insurance is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by acquiring new business, cross-selling existing customers, and maintaining a strong book of business. You will engage customers in person and over the phone, building relationships through local lead generation and referrals.

The role involves staying informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition, delivering results aligned with performance standards and customer experience expectations.

Formación

• 0–2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.
