National General, part of The Allstate Corporation, is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive profitable growth by generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships. You will engage local customers in person and over the phone, focusing on understanding needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

You will maintain a strong pipeline through local lead generation, referrals, and community partnerships, while aligning with sales

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or insurance is preferred.
• P&C licensing or willingness to attain licensure within 90 days of joining.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer-service skills.
