Job summary

Allstate Northern Ireland Limited is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by generating new business and cross-selling to existing customers. You will build a local pipeline, engage with the community, and convert opportunities into sales through outbound prospecting and referrals.

Base compensation is $20.00 per hour with uncapped monthly incentives; Day 1 benefits and a comprehensive training program are included to help you succeed in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or insurance roles.
• P&C licensing preferred or must attain within 90 days of joining.

Responsibilities
