Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to grow the local book through new business, cross-sell, and retention. You will develop a constant pipeline via local leads and referrals, and forge partnerships with dealerships and events to drive growth—both in person and by phone.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in direct sales.
• P&C licensing preferred or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining.
• Ability to build a consistent local sales pipeline and relationships.
