Job summary

National General is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by generating new business, cross-selling, and maintaining a strong book of business with local customers in person and by phone.

You will build a local pipeline, engage with dealerships and partners, and conduct outbound prospecting to convert opportunities into sales while aligning with leadership on marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 0– 2years of experience
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals
• Develop relationships within the community to support business growth
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
