Job summary

The Direct Response Specialist at Akron Children’s Foundation leads the direct response program generating approximately $2 million annually across direct mail, email, mobile, text, and phone. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in development, business, marketing, or public relations.
• Minimum 3 years successful annual fund and/or major gift fundraising.
• Experience with data analytics and donor databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage direct response programs across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with Development Operations to identify prospects.
• Build and manage a portfolio of high-potential donors.
• Analyze donor data to optimize solicitations.
