Job summary

The Bruning Law Firm is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own our paid media engine end-to-end, with responsibility for Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and partner vendors. This role reports to the marketing lead and requires a data-driven mindset and accountability for turning marketing dollars into signed cases.

You will partner with the SEO agency and branding team, manage budgets, forecast performance, and deliver ROI insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Google Ads and LSAs.
• Experience managing third-party lead vendors and SEO agency relationships.
• Strong ROI, CPL, and conversion reporting abilities.
• Experience with CRM lead tracking (Salesforce) and call tracking.
• Collaborative, organized, budget- and vendor-management mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads campaigns across markets and LSAs.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting; test new channels.
• Oversee third-party lead vendors and ensure lead quality.
• Direct the SEO agency and measure organic growth.
• Provide ROI reports to leadership and coordinate with branding.
