Job summary

A law firm partner is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Manager through Ave Staffing to lead brand visibility and digital strategies. You will manage the agency relationship, own social media channels, and craft engaging content to elevate the firm's profile from the ground up.

You’ll track metrics, report on leads and visibility, and build targeted campaigns while engaging with referral networks in professional services. This role offers a hybrid work environment.

Job description

A well-established and growing law firm is building out its marketing and business development function for the first time. The firm is looking for a Marketing and Business Development Manager to lead the charge on brand visibility, digital presence, and business development from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the firm's internal liaison to its outside marketing agency, which manages the website and search engine efforts
• Own the firm's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including building out a LinkedIn business page
• Create engaging content, including short form video, to keep the firm's brand current and visible
• Track digital marketing metrics and campaign performance, and run regular reports on leads and overall firm visibility using internal systems
• Stay ahead of trends, including what potential clients are searching for and asking about online, and use that insight to build more targeted content and campaigns
• Build and manage micro landing pages and other targeted outreach to reach ideal clients
• Represent the firm at networking events and in the community, building relationships with referral sources in complementary fields (such as accounting, financial services, and other professional networks)

• Experience with digital marketing metrics, reporting, and campaign tracking
• Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment (legal, accounting, or similar) is a plus
• A self-starter who is comfortable attending networking events and building relationships out in the community
  

Compensation And Benefits

• Salary range: $75,000 to $80,000+, commensurate with experience, plus an annual performance based bonus
