Job summary

iRESTORE is seeking a Script & Conversion Copywriter to craft high-performing copy across paid creative and onsite experiences. You’ll own direct-response video scripts across various formats and write ad copy, landing pages, and PDP copy to create a consistent purchase journey.

You will collaborate with Growth and Product to translate insights into compelling messaging, writing within claims-sensitive categories, and learning the science behind our products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience writing direct-response video scripts produced and scaled via paid media.
• Portfolio with measurable performance from scripts, landing pages, PDPs, or other conversion-focused copy.
• Strong understanding of direct-response principles (hooks, objections, proof, offers, calls to action).
• Ability to write landing page or PDP copy with measurable conversions.
• Experience writing across founder-led, UGC, or creator-led voices.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, health, supplements, consumer devices, or medically adjacent categories preferred.
• Comfort with feedback, moving quickly, and iterating based on results.
• Collaborates across Creative, Growth, and Product Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Write direct-response video scripts across UGC, founder-led, educational, testimonial, and conversion-focused formats.
• Develop copy across the customer journey from education to conversion.
• Write and optimize paid ad copy, landing pages, PDPs, advertorials, and other conversion-focused experiences.
• Partner with Creative and Growth from concept to ensure messaging and creative align.
• Translate customer research, reviews, product insights, and data into hooks, angles, objections, proof points, and CTAs.
• Develop clear product-selection, comparison, upsell, and downsell messaging.
• Adapt messaging across voices, including founder-led and creator-led content.
• Develop understanding of iRESTORE products, tech, and supporting science.
• Write within regulatory and claims constraints while remaining persuasive.
• Use performance data to identify winning messaging and iterate on scripts.
• Document and maintain voice, messaging, and claim-safe guidelines for performance creative.
