Consigli Construction is seeking an Arch Direct/Direct Purchase Assistant Project Manager (DP-APM) in the DC area. This role serves as the primary contact for regional stakeholders and oversees Direct Purchase responsibilities across project lifecycles.

You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, risk, and quality, while mentoring project engineers and supporting interviews and preconstruction activities. This exempt, full-time position offers a path to leadership within Arch Direct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture.
• 4+ years of full lifecycle purchasing or project management in construction.
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
• Experience with Timberline/Sage, Primavera P6, Procore preferred.

Responsabilités

• Represent Arch Direct as the primary regional contact and attend meetings as needed.
• Oversee Direct Purchase regional financials, cost reporting, invoices, and cash flow.
• Collaborate with Arch Direct team to keep SOPs current and fit for purpose.
• Represent Arch Direct and Consigli at external events.
• Mentor and manage multiple Arch Direct Project Engineers and evaluate performance.
