Job summary

Kerix is seeking a Direct Primary Care Physician for our Northbrook, IL office. The physician will join a patient-centered team delivering high-quality, relationship-focused care with longer visits and proactive management.

The ideal candidate is board-certified in Family Medicine or internal medicine-pediatrics, licensed in Illinois, and committed to evidence-based practice. Monday–Friday schedule with generous benefits and collaboration within KerixHealth.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in family medicine or internal medicine-pediatrics.
• Currently licensed or eligible for Illinois medical license.
• Ability to build strong relationships with patients and team.
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine.
• Patient-centered service orientation.
• Zero dollar claims medical malpractice loss history.

Responsibilities

• Care for a panel of up to 600 patients.
• Be available via phone app for your patient panel 24/7 for emergencies only.
• Collaborate with KerixHealth team and care partners.
• Participate in case conferences and CME conferences.
• Provide proactive preventive care and care coordination.
