Job summary

KerixHealth is hiring a Family Medicine or Med-Peds physician for a suburban Chicago office in Northbrook, Illinois, starting late 2026/early 2027. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience post-residency. The role offers guaranteed salary not linked to productivity, a generous bonus structure, and strong benefits.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm. Join a team focused on high-quality direct primary care.

Qualifications

Board certification in family medicine or internal medicine-pediatrics.
Currently licensed or able to become licensed in Illinois.
Ability to build successful relationships with patients and team members.

Responsibilities

Live KerixHealth's mission to fix primary care.
Care for a panel of no more than 600 patients.
Be available via phone app for your own patient panel 24/7 (emergencies only) except when on vacation.
Partner with other KerixHealth team members and external partners.
Participate in case conferences and continuing medical education conferences.
