KerixHealth is seeking a Family Medicine or Med/Peds physician to launch our Direct Primary Care clinic in Lee's Summit, Missouri. This is a unique opportunity for a clinician who values building lasting patient relationships, comprehensive primary care, and a care model focused on accessibility and preventive services.

You will join a collaborative team, manage a smaller patient panel, spend meaningful time with patients, and help grow a thriving practice in the Kansas City area.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active Missouri medical license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical experience preferred.
• Experience building and maintaining long‑term patient relationships.
• Strong interest in Direct Primary Care and commitment to evidence-based medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for a limited patient panel in a Direct Primary Care setting, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and care coordination.
• Develop lasting relationships with patients and families while delivering accessible, personalized care.
• Collaborate with fellow physicians and care team members to create exceptional patient experiences and support practice growth in the local community.
• Practice broad-scope family medicine and utilize full clinical skillset, with emphasis on keeping care within the practice whenever clinically appropriate.

This is a unique opportunity for a physician who believes primary care can- and should- be done differently.
