Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Med/Peds.
• Active Virginia medical license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Minimum 5 years of post-residency clinical experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to evidence-based medicine and outstanding patient care.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for a limited patient panel across Fairfax and Ashburn clinics, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and care coordination.
• Develop long-term relationships with patients and families while delivering highly personalized, accessible care.
• Collaborate closely with physician colleagues and support staff to provide a seamless patient experience and maintain high standards of care.
• Physicians are encouraged to practice broad-scope family medicine, manage patients comprehensively whenever appropriate, and serve as trusted advocates for their patients' health and wellness.
