Job summary

Kerix is seeking two Family Medicine physicians to join Advocate MD's Direct Primary Care clinics in the Madison area to practice relationship-based medicine with longer visits and minimal administrative burden.

You'll see ~6–7 patients per day, have hour-long visits, room to perform procedures, and be part of a physician-owned, physician-run team across five clinics. Base salary starts at $225,000/year with potential to reach $300,000/year as panels grow.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Medicine (MD/DO) required.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active Wisconsin medical license.
• In-person role at Madison-area clinics.

Advocate MD is a physician-led Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice growing from eight doctors to ten across our five Madison-area clinics. We're looking for two Family Medicine physicians who want to practice real, relationship-based medicine - without the administrative grind of a large health system or the business burden of running your own solo practice.

Schedule & Path to Full Panel

• Initial Panel: 225-250 patients, with ramp up at your speed
• Full panel: 500–700 patients (panel size is your choice), at which point compensation reaches up to $300,000/year , scaled to panel size.
• Base salary from $225,000/year at 225 patients, with guaranteed pay during panel-building
