Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Med/Peds.
• Active Colorado medical license or ability to obtain before start.
• 5+ years of post-residency clinical experience preferred.
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine and high-quality patient care.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for comprehensive, patient-centered primary care.
• Professional malpractice history in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for a limited patient panel across Fort Collins and Greeley clinics, including preventive care, chronic and acute care, and care coordination.
• Develop long-term relationships with patients and families with highly personalized, accessible care.
• Collaborate with physician colleagues and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience and high standard of care.
• Practice broad-scope family medicine and serve as trusted advocates for patients' health and wellness.
