Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Missouri medical license or ability to obtain before start date.
• Strong commitment to evidence-based medicine and high-quality patient care.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to serve as Supervisory Physician under Missouri collaborative practice requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and care coordination.
• Build long-term relationships with patients and deliver highly personalized, accessible care.
• Serve as Supervisory Physician for approximately six Nurse Practitioners.
• Provide clinical mentorship, oversight, and support to advanced practice providers.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Practice broad-scope medicine and serve as a trusted partner in patients' long-term health and wellness.
