Job summary

KerixHealth in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Family Medicine or Med/Peds physician to launch our Direct Primary Care clinic. Join a physician-led model that prioritizes longer visits, relationship-based care, and predictable salaries.

You will build a thriving patient panel, deliver comprehensive primary care, preventive services, and care coordination with a collaborative team. Full-time schedule: four clinical days plus one admin half-day, operating 8 am–5 pm.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active Missouri medical license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for a limited patient panel in a Direct Primary Care setting, including preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Develop lasting patient relationships and collaborate with the care team to support practice growth in the local community.
