KerixHealth's Big Tree Medical in Columbia, Missouri is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join as Direct Primary Care Physician and Supervisory Physician, overseeing a team of approximately six Nurse Practitioners.

This opportunity supports broad-scope primary care with time for patient relationships, mentorship, and collaboration within a physician-led culture. Four clinic days plus one administrative day weekly; no on-call duties.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Missouri medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Strong commitment to evidence-based medicine and high-quality patient care.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness and ability to supervise Nurse Practitioners under Missouri collaborative practice requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services including preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Mentor and supervise a team of approximately six Nurse Practitioners.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Practice broad-scope medicine with clinical autonomy and focus on care quality.
