Job summary

Frontier Direct Care in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for full-time, direct primary care. Our clinicians see 30–60 minute visits, build lasting relationships, and practice with real clinical autonomy, supported by a collaborating physician.

You’ll provide longitudinal primary care, manage chronic conditions, perform in-office procedures, and document visits in our EHR.

Qualifications

Active Texas APRN-FNP or PA license.
2+ years post-graduate experience in family practice or primary care.
Experience managing patients across the lifespan (pediatric through geriatric).
Procedural experience: I&Ds, suturing/suture removal, skin biopsies, IV placement, men’s/women’s health exams.
Active, unrestricted DEA registration.
Current BLS certification.
Comfort with electronic medical records and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

Provide longitudinal primary care: preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits.
Manage chronic conditions with appropriate panel size and visit time.
Perform in-office procedures including I&Ds, suturing, biopsies, and IV placement.
See patients in person, by phone, and via secure video/text.
Document visits and maintain records in our EHR.
Participate in weekly team meetings and 1:1s.
