Job summary

Frontier Direct Care in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area is expanding with new clinics in Mesquite and Duncanville. Providers deliver full-scope primary care with 30–60 minute visits, building lasting patient relationships.

You’ll work with a Medical Assistant and collaborating physician, managing panels and using an EMR for documentation. We welcome APRN-FNP or PA candidates with 2+ years in family medicine, hands-on procedures, and DEA/BLS credentials.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Texas APRN-FNP license or PA license NCCPA.
• 2+ years post-graduate experience in family medicine.
• Experience with I&Ds, suturing, skin biopsies.
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain before start.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide longitudinal primary care with 30–60 minute visits.
• Manage chronic conditions and preventive care.
• Perform in-office procedures (I&Ds, suturing, skin biopsies).
• See patients in person, by phone, and via secure video/text.
• Document visits and maintain EHR records.
• Offer after-hours patient access through a secure line.
