Renewal by Andersen of Central CA is seeking a Direct Marketing Manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. You will coach Direct Marketing Agents, Team Leads, and Supervisors to deliver against sales, lead generation, profitability, and operational goals.

You’ll build a culture of accountability, implement strategic plans, and stay ahead of market trends while collaborating with HR to support team needs. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong communication, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills.
