Renewal by Andersen leads a field-first Direct Marketing team and seeks a manager to coach, develop, and drive performance for our Marysville operation. You will build a team of Direct Marketers who engage homeowners face-to-face and generate qualified appointments for our sales organization.

This role requires hands-on leadership in the field, training in real time, and accountability for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading canvassing/direct marketing teams.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and drive results.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment.
