Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in related field.
• Three (3) or more years of professional experience in database marketing.
• Casino industry database marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the effective management of multi-property and property-specific direct marketing campaigns.
• Plan, organize, and manage guest segmentation, list management, group and offer setup, mailer development and print production, and delivery of mailings to targeted guests.
• Organize and manage multiple direct marketing projects to ensure timely completion.
• Support kiosk-based and E-Commerce digital marketing programs and campaigns.
• Select and manage outside agencies and consultants to assist in direct marketing initiatives.
• Obtain RFPs on all jobs and ensure invoices are paid accurately and on time.
• Develop department team members’ capabilities in line with Boyd Style.
• Support campaign analysis and propose productivity improvements.
• Assist properties in their marketing campaigns when needed.
