Strong SQL/DB and CRM familiarity help drive targeted campaigns. Collaboration with Marketing, Promotions, and Player Development is essential to optimize ROI, while managing budgets and coordinating production of mailings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five years of direct marketing experience may substitute.
• Experience in direct mail and email campaigns is essential.
• Knowledge of relational databases and ability to write queries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of direct mail trends, software, and technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate direct mail strategies for multiple customer segments across five properties.
• Develop and refine player lists for direct mail and email campaigns.
• Quality control: proofing and data checks on all mailings.
• Manage segmentation, data validation, and prize management in campaign systems.
• Oversee campaign production: copy, design, printing, mailing.
• Handle inquiries via phone, mail, and email; communicate offers to staff.
• Audit campaigns to identify improvements and maximize ROI.
