Job summary

Moore is a data-driven CXM company providing supporter experiences across platforms and devices. The Screen Operator produces and prepares direct mail components per USPS rules and Moore standards, sets up machines, inputs job data, and ensures smooth production flows.

Responsibilities include following department procedures, maintaining quality, and supporting safety. The role requires basic math, reading job cards, and good communication in English, with overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred, plus one month of related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret job cards, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Basic arithmetic: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

Responsibilities

• Produce and prepare direct mail components according to USPS regulations and Moore quality standards.
• Set up machines and input job information into the data capture system.
• Move materials using hand trucks, floor jacks, or by carrying.
• Gathers materials for production runs and adheres to department production standards.
• Work overtime and weekends as required.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
