United Direct Solutions, LLC seeks a skilled Industrial Machinery Service Technician for our Louisville facility. The role focuses on maintaining facility systems, utilities, and production equipment in a direct mail manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills, experience in manufacturing, and the ability to troubleshoot quickly. Shift options include 2nd or 3rd, with on-site work and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; five years building maintenance experience or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or related functions.
• Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations; detail and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on all facility and utility systems.
• Maintain and repair print and lettershop equipment to maximize uptime and efficiency.
• Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) and document results.
• Provide 24/7 support for urgent equipment or facility issues as needed.
• Assist operators with challenging production jobs requiring technical expertise.
• Order, track, and maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Coordinate with equipment vendors for installations, PM services, and repairs.
• Travel to vendor locations, training sessions, or sister facilities as required.
