The position reports to the Production Supervisor and requires a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read job tickets and instructions. This is a full-time, in-person role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; one year of mail equipment experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills are expected.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate mailing equipment safely and efficiently to produce quality output.
• Set up equipment to meet customer requirements and job tickets.
• Perform quality checks and document results to ensure standards are met.
• Retrieve cores, boxes and supplies; maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Report to Production Supervisor and participate in continuous improvement activities.
