Job summary

21st Mortgage is seeking a detail-oriented loan processor to support the Direct Lending Department in the United States. You will answer incoming calls, assist applicants with the mortgage application process, and ensure accurate entry of new loan applications into TITAN.

You will calculate loan estimate fees for land/home deals, pull NADA valuations, order appraisals when needed, and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy of data entry.
• Demonstrate professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls for the Direct Lending Department and assist callers with questions regarding the application process.
• Enter new loan applications into TITAN and verify accuracy.
• Calculate Loan Estimate Fees for Land Home deals, pull NADA valuations and order appraisals when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
