Job summary

DAS Acquisition Company, LLC. (USA Mortgage) is seeking a Processing Assistant to provide administrative and processing support to Mortgage Loan Originators. You will help ensure efficient loan processing through all stages of the loan transaction process.

The role requires attention to detail, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with team members and loan officers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience and/or training.
• Encompass experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Make copies of borrower information, file documents, prepare files for submission, schedule signing appointments, and other administrative duties.
• Pull credit reports and run AUS, contacting the borrower for any additional required information.
• Input data and set up new customer files with application data.
• Update and mine marketing database for new loans.
• Assist Mortgage Loan Originators and other team members with clerical ad hoc duties, as needed.
