SYNNEX Corporation is seeking a Recruiter to attract and hire top talent for manufacturing, operations and supply chain roles. The role involves sourcing candidates via job boards, networking, and social media, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth integration.

The ideal candidate demonstrates 5+ years in recruiting with excellent communication, negotiation skills, and familiarity with MS Office; experience with Workday is a plus.

We are looking for Recruiters to attract candidates to interview and hire great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, networking, job boards, social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $64,000K-$82,200K. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.

Experience

• 5 -7+ years of experience recruiting in Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong Microsoft Office products and ability to do spreadsheet data


• Experience using Workday a plus!
