Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Direct Labor Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment process for manufacturing and operational roles. You will source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and onboard new hires in a fast-paced environment.

As a US-based manufacturing partner, Hyve Solutions emphasizes rapid, agile execution and strong candidate relationships. This role requires 5+ years of recruiting experience and proficiency with Workday and ATS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for professional, technical, manufacturing, operations, or corporate roles.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and consulting skills.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies (e.g., Workday).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across technical, professional, manufacturing, and operational roles.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates against role requirements, competencies, and organizational fit.
• Present qualified candidates and provide hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within Workday and other recruiting systems.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on pipeline activity, hiring progress, and requisition status.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment procedures.
• Partner with HR, Compensation, and hiring managers on offer development and approval processes.
