NSC Staffing is expanding its Direct Hire division and seeking experienced recruiters to help build a new business unit serving the Marine, Skilled Trades, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, and Defense sectors. Take ownership of permanent placements, develop long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and drive growth with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience recruiting for direct hire/permanent placements in staffing.
• Proven success in full-cycle recruiting and closing permanent placements.
• Experience recruiting within skilled trades, manufacturing, industrial, construction, infrastructure, marine, or defense is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for direct hire/permanent placements.
• Source, recruit, interview, and evaluate qualified candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and account managers to understand needs and deliver top talent.
• Recruit active and passive candidates across skilled trades, manufacturing, marine, infrastructure, and defense markets.
• Present qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate compensation, and close placements.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified professionals for current and future roles.
