Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting or related fields.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using ATS and recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for marine positions from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute creative strategies to attract maritime professionals.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and associations.
• Create and manage job ads across multiple platforms to maximize reach.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, and evaluate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process with timely communication.
• Collaborate with HR on offers, start dates, and employment details.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and pipelines for future needs.
• Represent NSC at career fairs and recruiting events.
• Provide excellent service to candidates, employees, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
