Qualifications

• 2+ years in direct hire / permanent placement recruiting.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and closing permanent placements.
• Experience in skilled trades, manufacturing, infrastructure, marine, defense is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct hire opportunities and build long-term relationships.
• Source, interview, evaluate, and present qualified candidates via job boards, referrals, and outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver top talent.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles and maintain ATS data.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and coordinate interviews and offers.
