Job summary

Qualifications

• Diagnose, plan, and perform maintenance on manufacturing and support equipment.
• Troubleshoot controls systems, servo drives, motors, HMIs and PLCs on complex equipment.
• Coordinate with technicians, production supervisors, engineers, and contractors to communicate maintenance activities.

• Diagnose, plan, and perform all operations necessary to install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, rebuild and dismantle various types of complex manufacturing and support equipment.
• Special focus on troubleshooting controls systems, servo drives, motors, HMIs and PLCs on complex equipment.
• Coordinate with other technicians, production supervisors, engineers, and other members of the company to communicate maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and service vendors for technical assistance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive recommendations to implementation.
• Complete or assist other technicians or support other special projects.
• Comply with all regulatory and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, plan, and perform all operations necessary to install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, rebuild and dismantle various types of complex manufacturing and support equipment.
• Special focus on troubleshooting controls systems, servo drives, motors, HMI’s and PLC’s on complex equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and other proactive activities to monitor and maintain equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic Allen Bradley PLC systems, process controls, and motors and controls.
• Coordinate with other technicians, production supervisors, engineers, and other members of the company to communicate maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and service vendors for technical assistance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive recommendations to implementation.
• Complete or assist other technicians or support other special projects.
• Comply with all regulatory and safety policies.
