Job summary

Grahamjobs is seeking a Direct Hire Maintenance Technician in Greensboro, NC. The role pays $30/hr - $33/hr with all shifts available. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain complex manufacturing equipment and focus on pneumatic/PLC systems, servo drives, motors, and HMIs.

Collaboration with technicians, supervisors, and vendors is required to ensure safe and reliable operations. The position requires hands-on maintenance skills, strong diagnostic abilities, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Diagnose, plan, and perform maintenance on manufacturing and support equipment.
• Troubleshoot controls systems, servo drives, motors, HMIs and PLCs on complex equipment.
• Coordinate with technicians, production supervisors, engineers, and contractors to communicate maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, plan, and perform all operations necessary to install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, rebuild and dismantle various types of complex manufacturing and support equipment.
• Special focus on troubleshooting controls systems, servo drives, motors, HMIs and PLCs on complex equipment.
• Coordinate with other technicians, production supervisors, engineers, and other members of the company to communicate maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and service vendors for technical assistance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive recommendations to implementation.
• Complete or assist other technicians or support other special projects.
• Comply with all regulatory and safety policies.
