Responsibilities

• Work hands‑on troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled automation equipment to keep high‑volume production systems running smoothly.
• Split your time between 80% technical troubleshooting and 20% coordination, reporting, and performance tracking using KPIs and Excel to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and the Customer Service leadership team to resolve issues, improve reliability, and support system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bring 1‑2 years of electromechanical or automation maintenance experience and a solid understanding of controls, sensors, and mechanical systems; PLC experience strongly preferred.
