Job summary

Peoplelink, LLC in Remington, Indiana is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

You will supervise and train maintenance personnel, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, read schematics and PLCs, and drive improvements to reduce downtime while ensuring OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Experience supervising maintenance in manufacturing.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop maintenance personnel.
• Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Prioritize maintenance work orders and respond to breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Monitor spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
• Work closely with Production to minimize downtime.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Assist with equipment installations and facility projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, and discipline processes.
