Job Title: Financial System Manager

Duration: Direct Hire. Salaries are determined at the time of hire and may change based on experience.

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $132K - 135K Annually

Job Summary

This position combines non-IT and IT responsibilities, overseeing financial system maintenance, application and process design, user support, and report development related to the Financial ERP (Workday) and other business intelligence applications (Strata). It involves strategy and implementation of automated system solutions to support various finance business units including Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and Shared Services.

Essential Job Responsibilities

1. System Process Analysis & Design: Proactively identify and propose improvements to financial systems (Workday), collaborate with end users and leadership to capture requirements, and translate these into functional specifications.
2. Ongoing Maintenance: Manage daily and weekly maintenance tasks in Workday environments, oversee the monthly close reporting process, and support ad-hoc reporting requests.
3. End User Support: Engage with and educate business process owners on application features, serve as a main contact for Finance users, and assist in system adoption.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems; Master's preferred.
• Certifications: CPA, Workday Certifications preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years in accounting/finance with emphasis on Workday systems; 5+ years of functional experience with Workday Finance and Payroll; leadership and healthcare experience preferred.
• Skills: Deep understanding of ERP systems, process improvement, and experience with EPIC, STRATA, Tableau, PowerBI.
