Job Description

• Actively participate in a team environment
• Ensure compliance with and carry out all site policies and procedures.
• Respond to occasional unscheduled callouts.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Participate and/or lead causal investigations.
• Participate in Site Personal Safety and Process Safety initiatives.
• The CSE routinely works with the full range of Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance staff. Interpersonal skills, team focus and ability to manage multiple tasks with varying need and priority are critical to success in this position.

Skills Required

• A minimum of 12-15 years + of experience with hand-on, field experience on control valves design and specifications, control narratives, cause and effect charts, wiring and loop diagrams
• In-tools, PHA-HAZOP would be a plus.
• Ability to work with others and effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of project work processes, including Management of Change
• Strong organizational and communication skills (written & verbal)
• Knowledgeable with instrument and electrical documentation and construction installations

Education/Training/Certifications

• BS Engineering or Computer Science degree required; Electrical or Chemical preferred.
