Job Summary

This position is a blend between Non-IT and IT due to job requirements. It involves overseeing financial system maintenance, application, process design, user support, and report development related to the Financial ERP (Workday) and other BI applications (Strata). The role also includes strategy and implementation of automated system solutions supporting various finance units.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• System Process Analysis & Design: Proactively identify and propose improvements to financial systems based on application knowledge. Collaborate with end users and leadership to capture requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Ongoing Maintenance: Review and ensure completion of daily and weekly maintenance tasks in Workday environments, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Support the monthly close reporting process and ad-hoc reporting.
• End User Support: Engage with business process owners to educate and assist users in adopting system functions, serving as the main contact for system-related queries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or MIS; Master’s preferred.
• CPA or Workday Certifications preferred.
• 6+ years in accounting/finance with focus on Workday systems; 5+ years with Workday Finance and Payroll.
• Experience with ERP concepts, process improvement, and BI tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
