Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B direct sales experience (commercial real estate or title strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional referral relationships.
• Working knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and closing processes.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with disciplined pipeline and CRM management.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a pipeline of commercial title and escrow opportunities through direct prospecting and relationship building.
• Establish and maintain strong referral relationships with commercial real estate attorneys, lenders, developers, REPE groups, and brokers.
• Own the sales process from lead generation through deal closing, coordinating with internal teams to ensure execution.
• Serve as the primary client contact for commercial transactions, managing expectations and resolving issues as they arise.
• Expand existing client relationships and increase share of wallet through superior service and responsiveness.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and activity tracking.
• Provide market and competitive intelligence to sales and operations leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable title insurance and settlement regulations and internal policies.
