Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is hiring Direct Care Workers to provide compassionate, in-home support for recipients. You will work 1:1 with clients, encouraging independence, following care plans, and helping with daily living activities in their homes.

We offer paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process. Full and part-time positions are available, with opportunities to grow while making a real difference in the lives of those we serve.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
