Job summary

Integrated Living, Inc. in Shelby Township is seeking Direct Care Workers for our licensed group home serving five residents. Positions available: full-time and part-time; shifts include mornings, afternoons, midnights, and weekends.

You will help maintain a safe, healthy environment, address basic health needs, and transport residents to community outings and appointments. Training is provided, and advancement opportunities exist for dedicated caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• MORC, WCLS, MCCMH & TTI training preferred. We are willing to train new staff.
• Valid Michigan Driver’s License or State Identification Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, secure, and healthy environment for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Transport residents to outings in the community and to appointments.
• Support residents in achieving individual goals and addressing basic health needs.

Position Summary

We are currently looking to fill full time and part time positions for Direct Care Workers in our Licensed Group Home located in Shelby Township. The home has 5 residents that currently reside there. The position is responsible for providing a safe, secure, and healthy environment for individuals with developmental disabilities while working towards the individual’s goals, addressing basic health needs and transporting residents to outings in the community as well as appointments.

Education & Qualifications
