Job summary

Integrated Living, Inc. is hiring Direct Care Workers for their Licensed Group Home in Sterling Heights, Michigan. Responsibilities include ensuring a safe environment for residents with developmental disabilities, addressing health needs, and transporting them to outings and appointments. Position Summary:

We are currently looking to fill full time and part time positions for Direct Care Workers in our Licensed Group Home located in Sterling Heights. The home has 5 male residents that currently reside there. The position is responsible for providing a safe, secure, and healthy environment for individuals with developmental disabilities while working towards the individual’s goals, addressing basic health needs and transporting residents to outings in the community as well as appointments.

Education & Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• MORC, WCLS, MCCMH & TTI training preferred. We are willing to train new staff.
• Valid Michigan Driver’s License or State Identification Card
