Job summary

Spread Your Wings, LLC is hiring a Direct Care Staff Member (Entry-Level) in Carlsbad, CA. Training provided, no experience required. Part-Time A (12 hours/week) and Part-Time B (13.5 hours/week) with set shifts.

Responsibilities include helping clients develop independent living skills, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, documenting progress, and ensuring safety. Drivers license required; background check and safe vehicle needed.

Qualifications

• Pass background check per state standards.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Vehicle must be safe and operable.

• Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.

Location: Carlsbad, CA

Part-Time A/12 hours per week: Driver’s License Required

• Tuesday 4:00PM - 9:00PM
• Thursday 4:00PM - 9:00PM
• Saturday 4:00PM - 9:00PM

Part-Time B/13.5 hours per week: Driver’s License Required

• Wednesday 5:00AM - 9:30PM
• Saturday 5:00AM - 9:30PM
• Sunday 5:00AM - 9:30PM
